Owner Eddie Carter and Chef Michael Peterson are passionately committed to making the art of dining available to everyone. We believe in using the freshest local ingredients and our menu changes seasonally based on the available produce from our local farmers. We strive to bring new flavors and textures together to excite the palate and keep the dining experience from being boring.
NuVo is a small, intimate, 50 seat restaurant where every table in the main dining room has a view in the kitchen... setting at one table in main dining room you can actually feel the warmth from the stoves. Our second dining room is a small step from the kitchen but the aromas from the cooking fill the entire restaurant.
